About Credit/Debit Card

Payments settle in U.S. dollars (USD), and checkout can offer Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. The secure checkout screen confirms which method is offered for the order.

Billing Accuracy and Fraud Review

Customers must enter accurate billing and contact information. When a payment is declined, verify the details or contact the issuer.

We may review or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized or a fraud-screening check identifies material risk.

Credits and Applicable Taxes

An authorized refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received, inspected, and authorized; issuer posting can take longer.

Secure Processing

Shopify and authorized payment providers encrypt and process payment details. NeeDoh does not retain full card numbers or security codes.

A card issuer may authorize, decline, verify, or temporarily hold a transaction under its own procedures.
