These Terms govern access to the NeeDoh website and purchases made through it.

Customer Responsibilities

Accessing this storefront or submitting a purchase means accepting these Terms together with the policies referenced here. Shoppers are responsible for truthful billing, contact, shipping, and order details and may use the service only in a lawful manner.

Product pages describe the available squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

Order Lifecycle

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.

Customers can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once dispatch occurs, any return or refund request proceeds under the Refund Policy.

Checkout Terms

The transaction currency is U.S. dollars (USD); available checkout methods can include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. We charge taxes when required by applicable law and make no blanket representation that purchases are tax-free.

Customer Remedies

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays approved return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.

Only no-reason returns exclude customized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods after opening; consumer rights for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing goods continue to apply.

Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, the original payment method is credited within 5–10 business days.
